Honesty, accountability, and a holistic planning experience is my creed.
This means if I say I’ll do something, I’ll do it on time in full. This also means that if I’m unsure of something, I’ll let you know that I need to do more research.
The Holistic planning experience means that I not only take into account your budget, vision, and plan, but we will talk about the hard stuff other planners don’t. How do I draw boundaries with my family during this time? I’ve helped others with that. How do I include my step-family without alienating the rest of my family? I’ve got ideas! How do I stay balanced right now? I’ve got suggestions! Pure enjoyment of your wedding day depends upon these factors!
My experience, aka my resume (and it’s good)
I’ve worked in hospitality for over 20 years! I started slinging burritos at a casual restaurant in Colorado before moving to NYC in 2000. I worked my way through the NYC restaurant scene eventually landing at Tom Colicchio’s flagship Craft, where I was a Server and Event Captain for 5 years. I then left to explore events and weddings, my true love. I planned and executed events at Toro Restaurant, Haven’s Kitchen (a boutique venue in Chelsea), and then returned to Colicchio’s company working at Temple Court in The Beekman Hotel in lower Manhattan.

It’s important that we connect on a real level. Whether I’m planning some or all of your wedding, or only managing the day of, we will be spending some of the most important moments of your life together. This is why we hop on a call before I even approach pricing or send you a contract. I’m not saying we need to be besties, but we do need to click. I’ve remained friends with clients after the wedding sometimes because I am a people person and love continuing relationships after the big day!
