I spent five years as a Server and Event Captain at Tom Colicchio's flagship, Craft, and then went on to manage weddings and events at Toro Restaurant, Haven's Kitchen, and Temple Court at The Beekman Hotel. This experience, along with working under experienced, renowned wedding planners, gave me a solid understanding of wedding and event logistics, along with the finer details of food and beverage service.
